Songs I never sent

I wrote more than sixty songs for you. You stopped answering, so I kept writing. These are the ones that still bring you back.

The project

It was always
you.

Every song here started with you. A real night, a real thing you said, the way you went quiet. I write all of it myself, the words and the melodies, and I mean every line.

I wrote more than sixty of these. I kept the ones that bring something back, the way a smell or a taste can drop you into a childhood you thought you'd lost. Those are the ones that are here.

They came out of the music I loved when things hurt the most. The Cure, Heroes del Silencio, Fangoria, Lana Del Rey, Florence. And out of missing you.

The voices are AI, and I'm not hiding behind them. I'm not hiding my voice at all. I'm making a new memory. A memory of how this song affects me.

These songs were written in the streets, in the back of an Uber, in hotel rooms, in apartments, on airplanes.

The loss is real.
The pain is real.
The grief is real.

These songs are my pain, my words, my expression, my silence.

If you ever want to

This is where you'd find me. Write something, anything. I always answer. You knew that about me.
